- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir well until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly to distribute spices.
- Lay one flour tortilla flat. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling onto the lower third. Roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet and heat over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F to 375°F.
- Carefully place taquitos seam-side down in hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
