  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Optional for simpler taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to preference
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust according to preference
  • 1 large Egg Beaten, acts as a binder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour Can be substituted with regular flour

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and rice it in a food processor until it resembles granular rice. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, beaten egg, and almond flour. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into palm-sized patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. For extra crunch, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy with salsa, avocado, or scrambled eggs.
