  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine halved potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the seasoned potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped bacon evenly over the seasoned potatoes.
  8. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. In the last 5 minutes, drizzle honey over the potatoes and bacon.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
