- Cut chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes, then spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place seasoned chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Layer a whole wheat tortilla with fresh spinach, crispy chicken strips, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Roll tightly.
- Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Air fry wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Allow wraps to cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing or dipping sauce.
