  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated for best results
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce soy sauce can be used if needed
For the Finish
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped; can be replaced with basil or chives

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions for 10–12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic. Add ground beef, breaking apart, and cook for 7–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then gradually add heavy cream, stirring continuously. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  4. Add drained bowtie pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat. If too thick, add a splash of pasta water or broth.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately while warm.
