  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano Fresh can be used if available.
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt Use sea salt as an alternative.
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper White pepper can be used for milder flavor.
For Binding and Texture
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Consider using oil from the sun-dried tomato jar.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses along with sun-dried tomatoes and seasonings.
  4. Pour in the olive oil and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your choice of dippers.
