Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with Creole seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. Sauté in the skillet for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add 2 cups of broccoli crowns and 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and dried oregano. Cook for another 10 minutes.
