Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sauté the Onions and Garlic: In a large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once shimmering, add 2 sliced onions and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  2. Cool and Chop: Remove from heat and let cool for about 5-10 minutes. Chop the onions finely and set aside.
  3. Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled onions, 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of dried parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary with salt, pepper, or Worcestershire sauce.
