- Thoroughly wash and peel the cucumbers, then slice them into thin rounds (approx. 1/8-inch) and place in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of sour cream, 2 tbsp of dill, 2 tbsp of white vinegar, salt to taste, and 1 tsp of garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber slices and toss gently to coat.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
