- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for 4 hours.
- Once cooking is complete, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
- Add the cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella, and heavy cream, then cover and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes.
- Stir in the baby spinach and cover for 10 minutes to wilt.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
