- Place the chicken breasts or thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Pour the creamy Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the seasoned chicken. Set your slow cooker to low heat and cover, cooking for 4 to 5 hours, or high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Uncover and shred the chicken using two forks about 30 minutes before serving. Stir in the refrigerated tortellini.
- Cover again and continue cooking on low for 25 to 30 minutes until tortellini becomes tender.
