Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop the cocktail onions into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat and toast the panko breadcrumbs with spices for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl, top with reserved breadcrumbs, and garnish with parsley.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
