  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries Or dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts Or substitute with pecans; can be omitted
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary Or substitute with thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
For Topping (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Extra Cranberries For garnish
  • 1/4 cup Additional Walnuts For garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by placing your softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese into a food processor. Blend them together on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the fresh cranberries and honey into the food processor. Pulse for about 30 seconds until the cranberries are finely chopped and fully incorporated.
  3. Using a spatula, gently fold in the chopped walnuts and fresh rosemary.
  4. Carefully taste and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. After chilling, garnish the top with additional cranberries and walnuts. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or toasted baguette slices.
