Preparation Steps
- Start by placing your softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese into a food processor. Blend them together on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Add the fresh cranberries and honey into the food processor. Pulse for about 30 seconds until the cranberries are finely chopped and fully incorporated.
- Using a spatula, gently fold in the chopped walnuts and fresh rosemary.
- Carefully taste and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- After chilling, garnish the top with additional cranberries and walnuts. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or toasted baguette slices.
