Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried bread cubes, chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped celery, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, blend the ground turkey, chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, dried sage, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Carefully combine the turkey mixture with the bread cube mixture using your hands to mix gently.
- Form the mixture into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm as an appetizer or side dish.
