  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme Fresh thyme can be used, adjust quantity as necessary.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Use fresh minced garlic for a stronger taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dried bread cubes, chopped dried cranberries, finely chopped celery, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the ground turkey, chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, dried sage, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Carefully combine the turkey mixture with the bread cube mixture using your hands to mix gently.
  5. Form the mixture into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm as an appetizer or side dish.

Notes
