- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a food processor, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs. Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning if desired, and blend again.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it about half an inch thick or use a small loaf pan.
