Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the Crockpot by spraying the inside with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogi, half of the kielbasa slices, and diced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. Spread half over the layered ingredients.
  4. Repeat with remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, and pour the remaining sauce over.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover to let melt.
  7. Serve warm and garnish with chopped chives.
