- Prep the Crockpot by spraying the inside with non-stick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the frozen pierogi, half of the kielbasa slices, and diced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. Spread half over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat with remaining pierogi, kielbasa, onion, and pour the remaining sauce over.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover to let melt.
- Serve warm and garnish with chopped chives.
