  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
Crust
  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
Topping
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Cinnamon Sugar Topping For finishing

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all the ingredients and preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla, heavy cream, and cinnamon.
  4. Fold in half of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the cheesecake batter.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool the cheesecake in the pan on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, remove from pan, sprinkle additional cinnamon sugar on top, and serve.
