For the Meats
  • 8 oz Deli Sliced Ham
  • 4 oz Deli Sliced Salami
  • 4 oz Deli Sliced Pepperoni

For the Salad Topping
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Red Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Pickled Banana Peppers (chopped)
For Assembly
  • 1/4 cup Submarine Dressing or a mix of olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted) can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried Italian Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the top buns separate. Spread a layer of mayonnaise over the bottom buns.
  3. Bake the bottom buns for about 7-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp.
  4. Chop the deli meats into bite-sized pieces and warm them in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, remaining mayonnaise, diced red onion, chopped dill pickles, and pickled banana peppers. Mix until coated.
  6. Layer the provolone cheese over the toasted bottom buns, then add the warmed deli meats evenly on top.
  7. Brush the top buns with melted butter mixed with dried Italian seasoning and place them over the meats.
  8. Bake the assembled sliders for another 5-7 minutes until heated through and golden brown.
  9. Spread the salad mixture over the warm meats, then replace the tops of the buns.
  10. Slice the assembled sliders into individual portions and serve warm.
