  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Substitute with maple syrup if desired.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by coarsely grinding your favorite light or medium roast coffee beans.
  2. In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coffee grounds with filtered water and let steep in the refrigerator for about 12 hours.
  3. After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter to catch all the grounds.
  4. Combine the filtered cold brew coffee with the coconut drink and brown sugar in a mixing bowl, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Froth the mixture with a hand frother or blender until it becomes creamy and airy.
