- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, leaving an inch of space at the top.
- Pour cold Dr Pepper over the ice until the glass is about ¾ full.
- Drizzle in 1-2 tablespoons of blackberry syrup slowly into the soda.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of coconut cream and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract in a small bowl and stir until smooth.
- Carefully pour the coconut cream mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass.
- Stir the drink gently with a straw or spoon to blend the layers slightly.
