Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
  3. Take a golf ball-sized portion of the meat mixture, flatten it, place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, and roll it into a ball.
  4. Place the formed meatballs on the baking sheet, spaced apart. Mix ketchup and mustard to create a glaze and brush it over the tops.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
