- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Allow pizza dough to reach room temperature for about 20 minutes and lightly dust the work surface with all-purpose flour.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into an 8-inch long rope, thicker at the ends.
- Place the shaped breadsticks onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Brush melted butter over each breadstick and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until puffed up and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each breadstick, and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly on the baking sheets and serve warm with marinara sauce.
