Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
  3. In a deep skillet, pour enough oil to submerge the bombs. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Test with a small piece of tortilla.
  4. Carefully place tortilla bombs in hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
