Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Cheesy Chicken Manicotti
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot, add the manicotti shells, cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente, drain and lay flat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper, mix thoroughly.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell using a spoon or piping bag, placing them seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce generously over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  7. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnish with parsley if desired.
