  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack/mozzarella as substitutes
For Garnishing

Method
 

Directions
  1. Prep the potatoes by washing and slicing them into even rounds or cubes.

  4. Place the foil packet over campfire coals or on a grill and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Unwrap the foil and garnish with green onions/chives before serving.
