Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (elbow, penne, or rotini) Gluten-free pasta works too.
For the Beef Mixture
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Ground turkey or chicken can be used.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Vegetable oil can be used instead.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be substituted.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Minced fresh garlic is a good alternative.
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika works if preferred.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce Opt for homemade or quality store-bought.
For the Cheesy Goodness
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded, white cheddar can also be used.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Optional, can omit for a lighter dish.
For the Toppings
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled, turkey bacon is healthier.
  • 1 cup Diced Dill Pickles Adjust according to taste.
  • Chopped Tomatoes Optional, for freshness.
  • Shredded Lettuce Optional, for freshness.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another minute.
  4. Lower heat and add Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine. Warm through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle bacon and pickles on top. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
