Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for another minute.
- Lower heat and add Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine. Warm through for 2-3 minutes.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle bacon and pickles on top. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Serve warm in bowls and enjoy!
