Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
Filling
  • 16 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Apples Peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Fold in chopped apples and caramel sauce. Pour filling over crust in the baking pan.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars and drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
