Preparation Steps
- Using a mandolin or a sharp knife, slice the cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick rounds.
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a colander and sprinkle them generously with salt. Allow them to drain for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together your imitation crab or crab meat, cubed avocado, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and soy sauce. Stir until well blended.
- Once the cucumbers have drained, gently pat them dry with a paper towel before adding them to the mixing bowl.
