Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions for about 10 minutes, until al dente.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, bell pepper, and sharp cheddar cheese.

  5. Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, stirring gently.
