Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Sear the seasoned Cajun steak tips for about 3–4 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 3–4 minutes.
  3. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, around 10–12 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter, sauté 3 minced garlic cloves for about 30 seconds, then pour in 1 cup of heavy cream.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese into the sauce until fully melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce, adjusting with reserved pasta water if too thick.
  7. Fold in the seared Cajun steak tips, mixing everything together for an additional minute.
  8. Garnish with extra grated Parmesan, black pepper, and hot sauce before serving.
