Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare ingredients by cooking chicken if it's not pre-cooked and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer shredded chicken at the bottom and top with blanched broccoli. Pour sauce over the layers.
