For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions for Bourbon Peach Roasted Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced fresh peaches, bourbon, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the salmon fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and pour the marinade over them.
