  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • to taste Extra peach slices For garnish
  • to taste Lemon wedges For garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel, place them skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine diced peaches, bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, mashing some peaches.
  4. Generously spoon the glaze over each salmon fillet. Reserve some glaze for later.
  5. Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes until it flakes easily. Broil for 1–2 minutes for added caramelization.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle reserved glaze, and garnish with parsley, peach slices, and lemon wedges before serving.
