Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the mixed salad greens under cold water and spin dry in a salad spinner.
  2. Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool water and let them drain.
  3. Chop the shelled pistachios coarsely.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
  5. Slice the red onion thinly and add to the salad.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary before serving.
