Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. Rinse the blueberries under cool running water and let them drain.
  3. Chop the shelled pistachios roughly and set aside.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad greens.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad bowl.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
