Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash 1 cup of fresh blueberries under cool running water.
  2. Slice 2 juicy peaches in half, remove the pit, and cut into wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of mixed greens with washed blueberries and sliced peaches.
  4. Gently fold in ¾ cup of crumbled feta cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of one lime, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
