- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan thoroughly with butter or cooking spray.
- Pull apart the monkey bread dough into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Melt about 1/2 cup of butter in a bowl, then mix in 1 cup of granulated sugar and optional cinnamon until combined.
- Toss the dough pieces in the buttery sugar mixture until thoroughly coated.
- Layer the coated dough pieces in the bundt pan, sprinkling blueberries between layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
