Preparation Steps

  3. Sprinkle walnuts, blue cheese, and Parmesan cheese across the honey-drizzled pastry. Scatter fresh thyme leaves on top and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Roll each puff pastry sheet tightly and cut it in half lengthwise. Tuck any escaping filling back inside.
  5. Twist each cut pastry piece into spirals and lay on the parchment-lined baking tray, brushing the tops with milk.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, keeping an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
