Preparation Steps

  3. Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side; brush with glaze in the last 2 minutes.
  4. Prepare Rice: Mix cooked rice with chopped coriander and a splash of lime juice; season to taste.
  5. Prepare Avocado: Slice avocados and toss with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
