- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Take your flatbreads or naan and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over each.
- Sprinkle shredded cooked chicken evenly across the BBQ-sauced flatbreads, followed by a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add thinly sliced red onion and optional diced red bell peppers.
