For the Flatbread
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Water Adjust as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken Shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  5. Spread the BBQ chicken over the flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese and top with red onions.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for about 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
