Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting your salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then season both sides lightly with salt and pepper. Preheat your broiler on high.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together sriracha, honey, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Line a broiler-safe pan with aluminum foil and place the seasoned salmon fillets on it, skin-side down.
  4. Brush or spoon a portion of the Bang Bang sauce over the tops of the salmon fillets, reserving some for later.
  5. Place the pan under the preheated broiler and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
