- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them hinged. Place the rolls cut side up on a baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned butter generously over the cut sides of each roll.
- Layer the sliced salami, followed by the deli-sliced ham and pepperoni on one half of each sandwich.
- Add layers of mozzarella and provolone cheese over the meats.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese layers and add roasted red peppers, olives, and banana peppers on top.
- Place fresh basil leaves atop the ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the bread is golden brown.
