Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, cooking for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  4. In a pot of salted boiling water, add gnocchi and cook until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and shake off excess water.
  5. Gently fold the drained gnocchi into the sausage mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
