Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. Take a tortilla and place 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge. Roll tightly, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with dips like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
