- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Take a tortilla and place 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge. Roll tightly, placing seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with dips like sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
