Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix until creamy.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly brush or spray the tops with olive oil. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
