For the Filling
  • 1 wheel Brie Cheese Allows for substitutes with mild cheeses

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme Dried thyme can be a substitute

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully slice off the top quarter of the bread boule to create a lid and scoop out the inside to create space for the brie.
  3. Place the brie inside the hollowed-out bread bowl, spray the outer surface lightly with cooking spray, and make shallow cuts along the sides.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
  5. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and melty.
  6. Allow to cool briefly before serving, letting guests pull apart the bread to dip into the brie.
