- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Carefully slice off the top quarter of the bread boule to create a lid and scoop out the inside to create space for the brie.
- Place the brie inside the hollowed-out bread bowl, spray the outer surface lightly with cooking spray, and make shallow cuts along the sides.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie and sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and melty.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving, letting guests pull apart the bread to dip into the brie.
