Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
For the Vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or balsamic)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry 2 large apples thoroughly. Core and slice them into thin wedges.
  2. Chop ½ cup of walnuts into smaller pieces for added texture.
  3. Measure out 1 cup of fresh or dried cranberries.
Make Vinaigrette
  1. In a bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard until well combined.
Combine Ingredients
