Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 diced yellow onion, sautéing until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Next, add 1 pound of ground beef along with 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  3. Cook the beef, stirring frequently, until browned, roughly 5-7 minutes, before stirring in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika and cook for another minute until the mixture is bubbling and fragrant.
  5. In a large pot, combine the cooked pasta with the spiced beef mixture, ensuring it's well-coated. Stir thoroughly to allow the flavors to blend, then transfer the pasta to serving bowls.
  6. Top each dish generously with the garlic yogurt, drizzle over the paprika butter, and finish with halved cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, and crumbled feta cheese.
